Shera Aruba («Shera», «la plataforma») es una plataforma de compraventa entre personas que facilita el encuentro entre compradores y vendedores dentro de Aruba. Shera no es parte de ninguna transacción comercial y no actúa como vendedor, intermediario financiero ni agente de ningún usuario.
Shera no procesa, custodia, retiene ni transfiere dinero en ningún caso. Los acuerdos de precio, forma de pago y entrega son responsabilidad exclusiva de comprador y vendedor.
Está prohibido publicar: armas y municiones, medicamentos regulados, documentos de identidad, contenido para adultos, animales vivos, dinero en efectivo como producto, artículos robados y cualquier producto cuya venta esté restringida por la legislación de Aruba.
No está permitido publicar información falsa, simular ventas o reseñas, usar varias cuentas para alterar la reputación, enviar mensajes masivos ni usar programas automatizados. Para proteger el servicio, Shera aplica límites a la cantidad de mensajes, anuncios, conversaciones, fotos y reportes por día, y una sola reseña entre las mismas dos personas cada 30 días. Cada cuenta puede tener hasta 20 anuncios activos a la vez y publicar hasta 5 anuncios nuevos cada 24 horas.
Cualquier persona puede bloquear a otra desde una conversación, o reportarla si recibe acoso, insistencia o intentos de estafa. Las conversaciones se cierran 24 horas después de que ambas partes confirman la venta.
Publicar en Shera es gratuito. Si en el futuro Shera cobra por servicios adicionales, lo anunciará antes y aplicará los impuestos que correspondan según la legislación de Aruba. Cada vendedor es responsable de sus propios precios y obligaciones fiscales.
Shera no garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida de la plataforma. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no es responsable de los daños directos, indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio o de las transacciones entre usuarios.
Shera puede retirar publicaciones y reseñas, y suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos, sin previo aviso y sin obligación de compensación. Si no estás de acuerdo con una decisión, escribe a sheraaruba@gmail.com y la revisaremos.

Shera Aruba ("Shera", "the platform") is a person-to-person buying and selling platform that facilitates contact between buyers and sellers within Aruba. Shera is not a party to any commercial transaction and does not act as a seller, financial intermediary or agent of any user.
Shera does not process, hold, retain or transfer money under any circumstances. Agreements on price, method of payment and delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller.
It is prohibited to list: weapons and ammunition, regulated medicines, identity documents, adult content, live animals, cash as a product, stolen goods and any product whose sale is restricted by the laws of Aruba.
It is not permitted to publish false information, fake sales or reviews, use multiple accounts to manipulate reputation, send mass messages or use automated programs. To protect the service, Shera applies daily limits on the number of messages, listings, conversations, photos and reports, and allows only one review between the same two people every 30 days. Each account may have up to 20 active listings at a time and publish up to 5 new listings every 24 hours.
Anyone can block another person from a conversation, or report them if they experience harassment, persistent unwanted contact or scam attempts. Conversations are closed 24 hours after both parties confirm the sale.
Publishing on Shera is free. If Shera charges for additional services in the future, it will announce this in advance and apply the applicable taxes under the laws of Aruba. Each seller is responsible for their own prices and tax obligations.
Shera does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or from transactions between users.
Shera may remove listings and reviews, and suspend accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate. If you disagree with a decision, write to sheraaruba@gmail.com and we will review it.
You can delete your account at any time from My account. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Aruba.

Shera is geen partij bij enige commerciële transactie en treedt niet op als verkoper, financiële tussenpersoon of agent van enige gebruiker.
Shera verwerkt geen geld, neemt geen geld in bewaring, houdt geen geld vast en maakt geen geld over, in geen enkel geval. Afspraken over prijs, betaalwijze en levering zijn uitsluitend de verantwoordelijkheid van koper en verkoper.
Het is verboden om het volgende aan te bieden: wapens en munitie, gereguleerde geneesmiddelen, identiteitsdocumenten, inhoud voor volwassenen, levende dieren, contant geld als product, gestolen artikelen en elk product waarvan de verkoop door de wetgeving van Aruba wordt beperkt.
Het is niet toegestaan om valse informatie te plaatsen, verkopen of reviews te veinzen, meerdere accounts te gebruiken om de reputatie te beïnvloeden, massaal berichten te versturen of geautomatiseerde programma's te gebruiken. Om de dienst te beschermen, hanteert Shera dagelijkse limieten voor het aantal berichten, advertenties, gesprekken, foto's en meldingen, en staat Shera maar één review tussen dezelfde twee personen per 30 dagen toe. Elk account kan tegelijkertijd tot 20 actieve advertenties hebben en tot 5 nieuwe advertenties per 24 uur plaatsen.
Iedereen kan een ander vanuit een gesprek blokkeren, of melden bij intimidatie, opdringerigheid of pogingen tot oplichting. Gesprekken worden 24 uur nadat beide partijen de verkoop hebben bevestigd gesloten.
Plaatsen op Shera is gratis. Als Shera in de toekomst kosten rekent voor aanvullende diensten, zal Shera dit vooraf aankondigen en de belastingen toepassen die volgens de wetgeving van Aruba van toepassing zijn. Elke verkoper is verantwoordelijk voor zijn of haar eigen prijzen en fiscale verplichtingen.
Shera garandeert niet dat het platform ononderbroken beschikbaar is. Voor zover de wet dit toestaat, is Shera niet aansprakelijk voor directe, indirecte of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de dienst of uit transacties tussen gebruikers.
Shera kan advertenties en reviews verwijderen en accounts schorsen die deze voorwaarden niet naleven, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving en zonder verplichting tot vergoeding. Als je het niet eens bent met een beslissing, schrijf dan naar sheraaruba@gmail.com en we nemen de beslissing opnieuw in behandeling.
Je kunt je account op elk moment verwijderen via Mijn account. In het Privacybeleid staat wat er wordt verwijderd en wat er wordt bewaard.
Op deze voorwaarden is het recht van Aruba van toepassing. Elk geschil wordt voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter op Aruba.
